You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and removing valuables from work areas. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials already purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PB Palm Bay Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
